ART AND CRAFT EDUCATION🍁

    A full day class on art education was held on 15 th March, 2022. The class was conducted by Gopalakrishnan sir, an expert in art education and work experience through the class, sir taught us many art materials that can be used in a class to make class interesting like puppets, flowers etc.. The class provide and opportunity for students to draw out their innate talents and creativity in the form of various artistic items.

👩‍💼 WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION👩‍💼

    Women's day was celebrated On 8 th March 2022, in our college auditorium.The formal session started at 10am. Our special guest was Dr.Rejani Athmaja madam, a young writer.The session started with prayer. Then Chairman Abin invited everyone to the program ,followed by Presidential address by principal Roy sir. Then the meeting was inaugurated by Rejani ma'am with her thought provoking words and message to all girls. Then she shared her experiences of her life. The formal session ended with the inauguration of new canteen. Women's day cultural programs started at 11:30 am and lasted up to 3:30 pm.

DEMONSTRATION CLASS OBSERVATION ✨

  On 2nd March 2022 B.Ed first semester practical, we had an opportunity to observe three demonstration classes. Due to the pandemic situation the classes were arranged in our college itself. The classes were taken by the seniors and their peers enacted the role of students.The three demonstration classes were mainly followed the learner centred approach of education. It paves the way for effective communication and interaction between the teacher and the learners.

FIELD VISIT ✨

       As a part of the University of Kerala, B.Ed curriculum, Art and Aesthetic education our college has organized a visit to Kottarakara Thampuran Memorial Museum of Classical Arts on 18/02/2022. For convenience the trainees were divided into three groups, with 35 members in each group. one hour was allotted to each group for the visit.  We were guided by two faculties from our B.Ed college, Sri.Sudarshan from Department of Malayalam and Sri.Vineeth from Department of Physical Science.
